Hello and welcome to my website. I offer a wide variety of hypnotherapy sessions in the South Suffolk and North Essex areas, and I also provide Zoom sessions worldwide. I am registered with the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register).
I have trained as a clinical hypnotherapist to compliment the skills I already have in working with people and helping them through difficult times in their lives.
I qualified with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP with Jennie Kitching and run a private practice from various locations in Harwich/Colchester/Ipswich/Felixstowe and surrounding areas.
This support can now be extended through hypnotherapy and NLP as an alternative way to help with concerns and problems my clients may have. I incorporate Neurolinguistic (NLP) Programming, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques within my practice.

Michael worked in the NHS early in his working life. Due to radical changes in the NHS, he decided to take a different route in life and embarked on a career in sales, solving people’s and
